The original Rhinestone Designer program was created so people could create their own designs then submit it through Lovely247.com. This would help give people a more exact estimate of the number of rhinestones pcs. to get the desired look. Plus, by having the people start off the design a better design proof could be created. Then, in 2009, Lovely247.com evolved to the more rhinestone business friendly name "BlingWiz".

Since October 2009, prototyping and testing has been done on how to create the easiest way to automatically create rhinestone transfers with just a simple plotter/(cutter) without the need of custom stencils for each design. The result is the BlingWiz Transfer! System version 1-A, a do-it-yourself system method for basic-experienced graphic designers. In the future a retail version of 1-A will be available to help expand the BlingWiz brand image.
